We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our marketplace services.
- Display your listings to potential buyers.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers without exposing your email address.
- Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We display the public information in your listings (such as item location and description) to all site visitors. Your private communications through our platform are secure and only visible to you and the recipient.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use Clerk for secure authentication and identity management.
5. Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our contact and founding dealer application forms to help prevent spam and abuse. Google may process information about your device and interaction with these forms for this purpose. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
6. Your Choices
You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings. You can also delete your active listings directly from your seller dashboard.

Advertising inquiries
When you submit an advertising inquiry, we collect your company name, contact name, business email, optional company website, advertising category and message. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. They are delivered to the site owner through our email provider, Resend, and are not automatically published. An inquiry does not create a dealer application, membership, advertising agreement or marketing subscription. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
We use Google reCAPTCHA and our existing Contact spam controls for advertising inquiries. Google may process device and interaction information. Inquiry copies may remain in the owner's mailbox and email-provider systems while needed for correspondence, related business or legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; legal obligations and provider or backup retention may affect removal.
